The ultimate dipping sauce

Creamy, tangy and salty peanut dipping sauce, with a hint of ginger and garlic. This delicious sauce can be used as a dipping sauce or tossed through noodles, stir-fries or even salads.

What you'll need

Makes approx. 1 cup

2 tbls natural peanut butter
1 tbls hot water
2 tbls tamari
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp olive, Flax or sesame oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp hot sauce (like sriracha) or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

How to make them

Mix your PB and hot water together first. Depending on the consistency of your PB, you may need to add slightly less or more than this. You want it to be smooth, but not really runny.

Then add the rest of your ingredients and mix really well.

Enjoy fresh or keep in the fridge for up to 7 days.
